How long does this promotion run?

The offer commences for purchases on 2 October 2025 and closes for purchases at 11.59pm (AEDT) 5 November 2025 ("Purchase Period"). Claims open 2 October 2025 and claims close at 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 November 2025 ("Claim Period").

What do I need to do to claim?

To be eligible to submit a claim, Claimants must purchase a new and eligible Fridge Appliance (full list of eligible products is in Annexure A of full Terms & Conditions), from any "Participating Retailer" either in-store or online) in Australia. Purchases must be made within the Purchase Period while stocks of Eligible Products last. Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.

How do I claim?

Claimants must have fully paid for the Eligible Product before they are eligible to submit a claim. To claim, Claimants must then undertake the following steps: Visit www.fridgecashback.com.au then follow the prompts to the 2025 Narta Fridge promotion claim page. Complete, in full, the official online claim form including uploading a legible electronic copy of their purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, the eligible Fridge model purchased and a nil or zero balance and then Submit the online claim form during the Claim Period.

Is there an age limit on who can enter into this promotion?

Claimants must be over 18. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the Claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this offer.

Is this offer valid for an eligible Fridge appliance that I bought on the internet? (e.g., eBay)

Eligible Fridge Appliances must be purchased new from authorised outlets either in store or online. Refurbished, second-hand ‘Eligible Product’s or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer. To remove doubt, eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree are NOT eligible participating retailers.

Do I have to supply the original receipt?

No, we require that you send us a copy of your original receipt and retain the original for warranty purposes. The receipt is necessary for us to validate your purchase. Failure to produce a copy of the proof of purchase for your entry will result in invalidation of your claim. Copied purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. Unreadable, badly damaged, out of focus or tampered receipts may need further investigation to validate the claim.

Who do I contact if I have any problems claiming?

First, double check that you have entered all details and all fields correctly. If you are still experiencing problems, contact 1800 285 285 to speak to one of our friendly customer service staff.

Can I claim more than once?

Yes,
Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following:

  1. a maximum of three (3) claims are permitted per person; and
  2. each claim must be submitted in accordance with claim requirements.

Can I enter the promotion with the same receipt number?

Yes, but only if you have purchased more than one eligible Fridge Appliance product. Please read the full terms and Conditions for further details on multiple claims on the same receipt. Note, one household / person can only claim 3 times.

What is the Bonus Product?

The Bonus Product is Cash Back. Cash Backs values can be found in the main Terms and Conditions

How long will it take to receive the bonus Cash Back value?

Claims will be validated within 5 business days. Please allow up to 6 weeks from when we validate the claim to when the Cash Back will be paid.

How will the Cash Back be paid?

The Bonus for the Promotion is Cash Back. The payment of the Cash Back will be managed by the Cash Selector platform.

Cash Selector Terms and Conditions

The cashback shall be transmitted by means of the CashSelector platform. A claimant with verified/validated claim shall be sent an email containing a CashSelector link. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the claimant in their claim. It is the claimant’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided in the claim is correct, active and monitored. By following the link, the claimant may choose to have the value of the cashback transmitted via:
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account.
  • Bpay to a valid major Australian Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Cheque
CashSelector links will expire after the "valid period". The "valid period" is determined by the promoter and is six (6) months from the date of issue. Use of the CashSelector platform and CashSelector links are subject to the terms and conditions located at www.cashselector.com.au/tnc, as well as the Promoter’s instructions and/or limitations. This includes but is not limited to:
  1. The email address provided must be correct, active and monitored and
  2. The CashSelector link must be used before the link expires "valid period".
